EMT in the Clinic

EMTs, LVNs, and RNs have defined scope of practices and do not fall under the PCA policy.

• EMTs must have the Field Team Qualification in their MainMedProfile before beginning this process

• Once EMTs have this they can request the Clinic Orientation via MainMed

In addition, they need to complete the following:

• Field Team Lead Skill Sheet

• HIPAA Module on LMS

• Infection Control on LMS

• Clinic Course

Once these are completed, you may request the Clinic EMT Qualification via MainMed
