Identification Card Requirements

You will get a Rock Medicine ID issued to you after completion of all requirements as set forth in orientation (Subject to change)

You will use your current photo on Mainmed. Please make sure the photo meets the following guidelines:

• No SNAPCHAT filter

• No HATS or Sunglasses

• No filters

• Must be just of YOU, no GROUP photos

• Cropped to shoulders up and shows enture face without shadows

It is your responsibility to upload a proper photo, Rock Medicine staff will not send out reminders for volunteers who do not have usable photos on file.
