2021 Ten Show Skills/Activity Sheet

The 10 Show Skills Sheet covers many of the skills you are expected to know as a Rock Medicine volunteer. While we hope that you'll be able to complete this sheet within your first 10 shows, you will need to complete it before you will receive a Rock Medicine t-shirt or ID.

•The ten-show sheet is CERT specific.

To upload your completed 10-Show Sheet:

Sign into MainMed

Click your name at the top right corner

Select "My Training"

Click the blue "Submit 10-Show Sheet" Button and upload a clear picture of your completed sheet. Team Lead sheets can be submitted as a qualification.
