How to Update Your Certs

It’s important that your MainMed account stays current! You will not be able to book shows if your certifications are expired.

  • As a courtesy, MainMed will notify you once a week for the month before your certifications will expire.

  • To update or add new certifications, log in to MainMed, click on your name in the upper right corner, and click on “My Certs”. Then click on “Submit New Certification”

  • Updated scans must include a clear front and back image! Scans that aren’t clear, will not be accepted.


You can click on the photo to the Right - It will take you to the page to update your certs!

BLS eCards:

  • eCards must have the eCard number entered—for AHA, you must print the 8.5x11” to see the number.

Paper BLS Cards:

  • Must include clear scans of front and back—they will not have a number.

EMTs/RNs:

  • You must upload a screenshot of your certification verification, Must include your name and number in a legible format.

Providers:

  • Must submit an insurance supplement form annually along with an updated resume.
