Why can’t I see shows on MainMed.

• Currently, ALL venues require proof of COVID-19 vaccination to be uploaded on MainMed.

• If you haven’t uploaded your card, you will not be able to see any shows on MainMed.

• As a reminder, Instructions have been sent out for the last two months so they may be in your email.

• To upload your card: you can view the tutorial here on the new volunteer website

Why do I need to log my hours?

- Rock Medicine is often tasked with filling out forms, or verifying Hours of service for current and past volunteers. In an effort to ensure that all of your hours of service are documented correctly, Rock Medicine has set forth a policy that all volunteers must adhere to.

Who should log their volunteer hours?

• ALL Individuals who foresee needing the following:

1. Will be applying to professional school (Medical, nursing, dental, PA, other graduate programs) who want to list their volunteer work with Rock Medicine

2. Individuals who will be applying to a job, or other volunteer opportunities who want to list their hours of service with Rock Medicine

3. Any other opportunity, job, etc where you will need to list Rock Medicine and your volunteer service.

Important notes:

- Emailing healthright360 HR or sending employment reference surveys to Rock Medicine is never allowed if the processes set forth about Hours of service verification are not met.

- Requests that come in where individuals have not fulfilled the minimum requirements will not be completed.
